How We Work

We research your operation, write the Plan of Action, and — if you want us to — run it.

Two tiers, three steps. Tier 1 is 30 days of research and a full Plan of Action you own outright. Tier 2 is implementation against that plan — typically 60 days of build plus a 30-day validation window, scope-dependent. Whatever timeline the plan defines, we guarantee it.

The Sequence

Research. Plan of Action. Implement.

Steps one and two are Tier 1 — the Plan of Action. Step three is Tier 2, and it is optional. You can take the plan and run it with your own team, hand it to another implementer, or engage us to execute it with you. The choice is yours after day 30.

  1. 01Step
    Tier 1 · Plan of Action30 Days

    Research

We spend 30 days inside your operation, learning how money moves through the business. The workflows. The decisions. The relationships. The informal practices that make it work.

  2. 02Step
Tier 1 · Plan of ActionDelivered Day 30

    Plan of Action

A complete project plan: sequenced workstreams, timelines, estimated costs, and vendor research and recommendations where applicable. You own it. You can engage us to execute it, take it to another implementer, or use it to support an SBA loan application — it is a defensible description of the changes that will be made to the business post-close.

  3. 03Step
    Tier 2 · ImplementationTypically 60 days + 30-day validation · Scope-dependent

    Implement

Once the Plan of Action is approved, it becomes the agreement for implementation. We embed with your team, build playbooks using tools your business already owns, train your people, and validate the system in production. Most engagements run roughly 60 days of build plus a 30-day testing window; complex scopes can extend. Whatever duration the plan defines, we guarantee it — 10% fee reduction per week we exceed it, as long as you provide access and make decisions on time.

"The diagnostic patterns are always the same. That is what backs the timeline guarantee."
